Abstract

Nongestational choriocarcinoma of the ovary is a rare germ cell tumor with a worse prognosis than gestational choriocarcinoma. In this report we present a case of nongestational chroriocarcinoma where the EMA/CO regime was applied. The clinical features, man-agement, and outcome are discussed.
